Fixed Appliances

Depending on the force they release, they can be orthodontic or orthopaedic. They are essential, as their use covers countless therapeutic indications: transverse, vertical and sagittal. They are often used as anchorage devices.

We are able to produce all modern appliances requested by practices such as: expanders, Quad Helix, Lingual Arch, Delaire Plate, Transpalatal Bar and many others on request.

Removable Appliances

There are many different types. We are structured to meet various needs in this area. Here are some examples.

Orthodontic Lab uses 3Shape software (a leader in digital CAD/CAM solutions) for the development of digital orthodontic appliances. With the 3Shape Communicate platform, you can send your request and appliance files to our laboratory with a simple click, and we can perform any type of digital processing.

AIR MAD

Digital Medical Device for OSAS

Custom mandibular advancement device (MAD) for the treatment of OSAS and snoring. Made from ultra-thin biocompatible polyamide, it offers millimetre-adjustable advancement (up to 10mm) for maximum patient comfort and compliance.
